With a family history in the Great Southern tracing back four generations, Shirley has a strong connection to this region, a place where she has raised her own family.
As a Funeral Consultant, Shirley draws on the skills forged through many years in customer service roles within the region. Her life experience in communicating with people from various backgrounds and walks of life enable her to walk alongside families, offering guidance and support at a time when it is most needed.
Her unique blend of time earned wisdom, professional communication, and attention to detail ensure that each family Shirley assists, have an opportunity to bring together a very individual and personal goodbye setting a foundation for the healing process to take place.
When Shirley is not assisting families she enjoys spending time with her partner and their dog “Boo” working in the home garden. Along with a domestic aquaponics system, they have several avocado and citrus trees. Taking great delight in producing fish and organic vegetables to share with family and friends they have a passion for preserving spare produce. Their “Silly Chilli” sauce is said to be not for the faint-hearted!
