  1. Dear Badger Family,
We are so blessed to have have Ken apart of our family. Mad Dog talked about coming to meet Ken’s Dad. I feel like I know you all. Our hearts, thoughts, and prayers go out to all of and we will all once be able to cheers to your dear father (angel) together.

  2. Dearest Badger Family:

It is with great sadness that I bid you hello today. Please know how much Nev was loved by all of his American relatives (The McCormack’s).

I remember visiting you in Australia in 1987. Nev and Bevan gave me a wonderful tour of the farm and Nev was so happy to explain how to operate the equipment. He was so humble, he never explained that he had actually cleared all of the trees from his land. To a “soft American” this was beyond belief!

Not only was he a dedicated husband and father, but he knew how to have a good time! When Mary and Nev came to America for Ken and Diane’s wedding in 1989, his favorite activity was going to New York City to see The Rockettes! He was mesmerized by all of the women’s legs on stage moving in unison! He had the biggest smile I have ever seen.

When I look at the picture of the entire Badger family, it is a testament to both Mary and Nev. He lived every moment and family was his life. He took care of his beloved, Mary until the end.

He was a humble and kind man who never thought he would travel and went to the end of the earth for his son.

May the wonderful memories you have shared sustain you now and always.

    Much love to you!
    Kathy McCormack

  3. Dear Mary & Family,

Such a heartbreaking loss losing such a gentle, sweet, caring man. Nev was loved from Australia to America!! You all are!!! I wish I could be there for his Celebration of Life but will be watching it with my Mom from America.

Praying for all of you and knowing that Nev is doing great in Heaven. He will be at the Portal in Heaven during the Celebration of Life. Don’t forget to wave to him and send him some kisses.

Always remember that you are loved!! Hugs to all.

    Much Love,
    Carol McCormack

  4. Dad was the best father-in-law I could have hoped for! Always kind and welcoming even though we were from different ends of the earth! I will miss our yearly visits on King Street with you so much, but will always remember you with the highest esteem and admiration and love. You will be dearly missed by our entire family.
    With Deepest Sympathy,
    Diane Badger
